Please read the following carefully. By using the website, booking with us and/or purchasing products, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

All clients are responsible for reading the terms and conditions and keeping an eye on any changes that may occur.
Payment information
All prices displayed on our website are final. We do not make any special discounts or any of that means.

Prices may undergo changes under circumstances of special offers or under seasons where prices increase or decrease.

Payment methods available:
​
Cash On Delivery: Where the client pays cash when the order is received.
​
Bank Transfer: Where the client pays by bank transfer by Al Ansari Exchange or UAE Exchange.
​
PayPal/VISA: Where the client pays using VISA/MasterCard
​
​
We accept all kinds of currencies.
Shipping information
We have two available shipping methods:
​
Standard Shipping and Handling: Takes 7-30 business days.
​
Express Shipping and Handling: Takes 7-14 business days.
Piercing information
Each order we get is sent directly to our machines to manufacture the jewelry. After the machines make the order, we send the order to an autoclave to sterilize all the items. Nevertheless, we then send the order for packaging and then shipping.

After the customer receives the order, we are not responsible for breakage, falling-offs, or any other issues as these issues are not manufacturing issues. So please remember to tighten your jewelry and if your jewelry is big in size, it is better not to sleep in it to prevent breakage.

If one customer receives their order and they find that it is faulty, they should immediately contact us as soon as they receive their order and we will make sure to send them another jewelry free of charges.

Refunds and returns
COVID-19 UPDATE
For safety reasons, and to protect against COVID-19, we currently DO NOT accept returns. The reason being is that all our products are sterilized using an AutoClave, if a product is open, it is simply no longer clean and no longer sterilized. Hence, we do not accept returns of purchased products. We are not responsible if the customer bought the wrong size, color, shape etc... Please review our Size Charts to choose the piercing that is right for you.

Since we do not accept returns, we in turn, do not offer refunds.
Order cancellation
Order cancellation can be done within 24 hours of order placement date.
Contact us with your order number and we will make sure to cancel your order.
​
Cancellation CAN NOT be made after 24 hours of order placement, and that is because each order we receive is directly sent to our machines to make the jewelry on spot, and this costs us materials and time. We only give 24 hours of time to the customer in case they change their mind, but after 24 hours, the machines automatically start running to make the jewelry in each order, that is why order cancellation can not be made.
